You can send crypto from your Snapiro wallet to an address outside Snapiro, such as another exchange or a personal wallet.
Before you start
- Verify your BVN and your ID card. Both are required for crypto withdrawals.
- Set up your transaction PIN.
- Get the receiving address from the other wallet and check which network it uses.
Steps
- In the Wallet tab, tap Withdraw on the coin.
- Choose the token and the network. The network must match the receiving wallet.
- Enter the amount, or use 25%, 50%, 75% or 100%. The network fee is shown under the amount.
- Paste the address into Wallet Address.
- Tap Proceed and enter your PIN.
The withdrawal is logged as Pending and our team reviews it. You get a notification and email when the status changes.
Check before you send
- Compare the first and last few characters of the pasted address with the original.
- Make sure the network is right. A wrong network or wrong address cannot be reversed.
- Never send crypto to someone who contacted you claiming to be from Snapiro. See how to identify scammers.
