Before you can receive a coin on Snapiro, you need a deposit address for that coin on the network you plan to use. You only do this once per coin and network.
Steps
- Open the Wallet tab and tap Deposit on the coin.
- Check the coin under Choose a Token.
- Pick the network under Choose a Network.
- If no address shows, tap Create Wallet. You will see “Wallet generation is in progress”.
- Within a few minutes you get a “Wallet Created Successfully” notification and email. Open the Deposit screen again and your address and QR code will be there.
Using the address
- Tap the copy icon next to the address. You will see “Wallet Address Copied!”.
- Or scan the QR code from the wallet or exchange you are sending from.
- Send only that coin, on that network, to the address.
Each network has its own address
USDT on TRC20 and USDT on BEP20, for example, have different addresses. If you change networks, create and copy the address for the new network. Sending on one network to an address made for another can mean the coins are lost.
Messages you may see
- Wallet already exist: you already have an address for this coin and network. Reopen the Deposit screen to see it.
- Network is currently not available: deposits on that network are paused. Choose another network or try later.
