Can I pay bills directly with crypto?
Not directly. Bills on Snapiro are paid in naira. Sell your crypto for naira first, or add money to your naira balance, then pay the bill from that balance. It all happens in the app.
Do I need crypto to pay bills on Snapiro?
No. You can add money to your naira balance from ₦500 and pay straight away. Selling crypto is just another way to top up the same balance.
Which bills can I pay on Snapiro?
Airtime and data for MTN, Airtel, Glo and T2 (formerly 9mobile), DStv and GOtv subscriptions, and prepaid or postpaid electricity for every distribution company listed on this page.
Is there a fee for paying bills?
Snapiro does not add a service charge to bill payments. You pay the price shown in the app before you confirm.
What happens if a payment fails?
If the biller does not accept the payment, the amount goes back to your naira balance. If a payment shows as successful but you did not get value, contact support with the transaction reference.
Do I earn cashback on bills?
Yes. You earn cashback on airtime, data, electricity and TV payments. It collects in your cashback wallet, and you can move it to your naira balance once it reaches the minimum.
