Where do I find my GOtv smartcard or IUC number?
It is printed on your decoder, or on the smartcard inside it. It is also on any receipt from a previous GOtv payment.

What if my channels do not come back on?
Most payments go through within minutes. Leave the decoder on for a while after paying. If your channels are still off, contact support with the transaction reference.
