Your Snapiro account holds three kinds of balance. Each one does a different job.
Naira wallet
This is your main balance, shown on the home screen in naira. Money comes in when you:
- sell crypto
- sell a gift card that is approved
- add money with Deposit
- redeem a voucher
- move cashback across
You use it to pay bills and to withdraw to your bank. Your naira wallet is created automatically when you sign up.
Crypto wallets
Each supported coin has its own wallet in the Wallet tab. From a coin’s card you can:
- Deposit: get an address to receive that coin
- Convert: sell it for naira
- Withdraw: send it to an external wallet
The first time you deposit a coin on a network, you need to create your deposit address.
Cashback balance
The Cashback Balance card on the home screen collects the cashback you earn on bill payments. Once it reaches ₦5,000 you can move it into your naira wallet. See how cashback works.
