What earns cashback
Currently 1% on:
- airtime
- data
- TV subscriptions
- electricity
For example, buying ₦10,000 of electricity earns ₦100 cashback. Cashback is only paid on successful transactions; a failed and refunded payment does not earn any. Rates can change, and the current ones are on our fees page.
Where to see it
Tap the Cashback Balance card on the home screen. The Cashback screen shows your balance and a history of every cashback credit. Each time you earn, you also get a “Cashback Earned!” notification.
Using your cashback
Cashback builds up in its own balance. Once it reaches ₦5,000, you can move it to your naira wallet and spend or withdraw it like any other naira.
