How to Transfer Cashback to Your Naira Wallet

When your cashback balance reaches ₦5,000, you can move it into your naira wallet.

Steps

1. Tap the Cashback Balance card on the home screen.
2. Tap Transfer to Naira Wallet. The button stays grey until your balance is at least ₦5,000.
3. On Confirm Transfer, enter your 4-digit transaction PIN and tap Confirm.

Your whole cashback balance moves to your naira wallet at once. You cannot transfer part of it.

Messages you may see

• Minimum cashback balance to transfer is ₦5,000: keep paying bills until you reach ₦5,000.
• Transaction PIN not set: create a PIN first.
• Incorrect PIN: try again carefully.
• Transfer failed: nothing was moved. Try again in a few minutes.
