Selling crypto on Snapiro turns coins in your Snapiro wallet into naira in your naira wallet. The sale is instant, and you can then withdraw the naira to your bank or use it to pay bills.
Before you start
- The crypto must already be in your Snapiro wallet. If it is on another exchange or wallet, deposit it first.
- You need a transaction PIN.
Steps
- On the home screen, tap Sell Crypto and pick the coin. You can also tap Convert on the coin’s card in your Wallet.
- Check the token under Choose a Token. Your balance shows in the coin, in dollars and in naira.
- Enter the amount, or tap 25%, 50%, 75% or 100% to fill it in.
- Check the Rate and the naira amount you will receive.
- Tap Proceed, enter your PIN and confirm.
The naira lands in your naira wallet straight away. The transaction shows as Completed, and we send you a notification and an email.
Fees
There is no separate fee for selling. What you see is what you get: the naira amount shown before you confirm is the amount credited. See our fees page for withdrawal charges.
