How to Buy Data

Buy a data plan for any MTN, Airtel, Glo or T2 (formerly 9mobile) number from your naira wallet.

Steps

1. On the home screen, tap Buy Data.
2. Under Select Provider, choose the network.
3. Under Select Plan, pick a bundle. The price fills in automatically.
4. Enter the 11-digit phone number.
5. Tap Proceed and enter your transaction PIN.

When you see Transaction Successful, the plan is on its way to the line. You get a “Data Purchase Successful” notification and 1% cashback.

Tips

• Plans and prices come straight from the networks, and change when the networks change them.
• Check the number before paying. Data sent to the wrong number cannot be moved.
• If the network confirms the purchase but the line has not received it within a few minutes, dial your network’s balance code. Sometimes the SMS arrives late.
