Renew or change your DStv or GOtv subscription from your naira wallet.
Steps
- On the home screen, tap Tv Subscription.
- Under Select Provider, choose DStv or GOtv.
- Under Select Plan, pick the bouquet. The price fills in automatically.
- Enter your IUC/Decoder Number. We check it with the provider before you pay.
- Tap Proceed and enter your transaction PIN.
When you see Transaction Successful, the subscription has been paid. You get a “TV Subscription Purchase Successful” notification and 1% cashback.
Where to find your IUC or smartcard number
- On the sticker under or behind your decoder.
- On your TV: open the decoder’s information or help menu.
If the channels do not come back
Leave the decoder switched on and tuned to a channel for 10 to 15 minutes. If channels are still scrambled, use your provider’s “reset” or “clear error” option on their website or app with your IUC number.
If the number is not accepted, the app shows the provider’s message. Check the digits and try again.
