The coins you can deposit and sell are listed in the Wallet tab of the app. Snapiro currently supports these coins and networks:
| Coin | Networks you can deposit on | Good to know |
|---|---|---|
| Tether USDT | TRC20ERC20BEP20 | TRC20 usually has the lowest network fee. USDT on Solana, TON or other networks is not supported. |
| Bitcoin BTC | Bitcoin | Bitcoin network only. Lightning and wrapped Bitcoin (BTCB, WBTC) are not supported. |
| Ethereum ETH | ERC20BEP20 | ERC20 (Ethereum network) or BEP20 (BNB Smart Chain). Layer 2 networks such as Arbitrum are not supported. |
| BNB BNB | BEP20 | BEP20 (BNB Smart Chain) only. The old BEP2 network is retired. |
| Tron TRX | TRC20 | TRC20 (TRON network). No memo or tag is needed. |
Pick the network in the app first
Each coin can only be received on the networks in the table, and each network has its own deposit address. Open Wallet, tap Deposit on the coin, choose the network, then send on that same network from the other wallet or exchange. If a network is paused, the app shows “Network is currently not available”.
Sending on a different network from the one you picked, for example USDT on BEP20 to a TRC20 address, can mean the coins never arrive. If you are not sure which network your exchange uses, send a small test amount first.
Coins that are not listed
Do not send any coin that is not in your Wallet tab to a Snapiro address. It will not be credited and may be lost.
