Phone verification
Verifying your phone number adds it to your account records. It does not unlock any extra feature on its own, but it helps our team confirm it is you if you ever need account help.
Messages that mean you need to verify
- BVN verification is required to proceed: verify your BVN.
- ID verification is required to proceed: verify your ID card.
To check where you stand, open Settings, View Profile, Account Verification. Each check shows Unverified, Pending… or Verified.
