Snapiro keeps your account signed in on one phone at a time. When you log in on a new device, any earlier login is ended. The other phone then shows Session has expired the next time it talks to our servers, and asks you to log in again.
If you logged in somewhere else
This is expected. Log in again on the phone you want to use. Doing so will sign out the other device.
If you did not log in somewhere else
Every time your account is accessed from a new device, we send an email titled New Device Login Detected. If you see that email and it was not you:
- Log in on your own phone straight away. This ends the other session.
- Change your password.
- Change your transaction PIN.
- Secure your email account too, since password resets are sent there.
- Contact support and tell us what happened.
“Kindly update your app to proceed”
This message on the login screen means your app version is too old. Update Snapiro from the App Store or Google Play, then log in again.
