Your profile holds your name, username, email, phone number, address and photo. Some of these you can change yourself, and some are locked because they are tied to your identity checks.
What you can change

Steps
- Tap Settings, then View Profile, then Profile.
- To change your photo, tap your picture and choose an image.
- Type a new username in New Username or update your Address.
- Tap Save Changes. You will see “Updated successfully”.
What you cannot change in the app
Your first name, last name, email and phone number are read-only.
- Name: when you verify your BVN, your account name is set to the name on your BVN. See why my name changed after BVN verification.
- Email: if you have lost access to it, read I have lost access to my registered email.
- Phone number: this comes from phone verification. To change a verified number, contact support.
