Every deposit, sale, withdrawal and bill payment is recorded in your history.
Open your history
Tap History at the bottom of the app. Transactions are grouped in tabs:
- Fiat: naira deposits and withdrawals, bill payments, vouchers and cashback transfers.
- Crypto: crypto deposits, sales and withdrawals.
- Giftcard: gift card sales.
See the details
Tap any transaction to open Transaction Details. It shows:
- the amount
- the status (see statuses explained)
- the transaction ID, which you can copy
- the type, date and time
- any fee charged
- for gift cards, the rate and value
Why the transaction ID matters
When you contact support about a transaction, send us its transaction ID. It lets our team find it straight away. Tap the copy icon next to the ID, then paste it into your message. For crypto, see how to copy your crypto transaction ID.
