Snapiro tells you when something happens on your account, both as a push notification on your phone and in the app’s notification list.
What you are notified about
- crypto deposits confirmed and deposit addresses created
- naira deposits and withdrawals
- crypto sales and withdrawals
- bill payments and electricity tokens
- gift card approvals and declines
- cashback earned and vouchers redeemed
Your notification list
Tap the bell at the top of the home screen. A red badge shows how many are unread. Tap a notification to open the related transaction, or tap Mark all as read to clear the badge. Tapping an electricity notification opens the token receipt again.
Not getting push notifications?
- Allow notifications for Snapiro in your phone’s settings.
- Turn off battery saver or “optimise battery” for Snapiro on Android, as it can block notifications.
- Keep the app updated.
Important updates, such as withdrawals, password changes and new device logins, are also sent by email.
