To change your PIN in the app, you need to enter your current PIN. If you cannot remember it, the app has no self-service reset, so our support team has to help.
What to do
- Send an email to support from the email address registered on your Snapiro account. This helps us confirm the request is really from you.
- Include your full name, your Snapiro username and a short note saying you have forgotten your transaction PIN.
- Our team will reply with the next steps. Follow them, then create a new PIN in the app.

While you wait
Your money stays in your account. You will not be able to sell crypto, withdraw or pay bills until you have a working PIN, but deposits and gift card sales do not need a PIN.
Stay safe
Never send your password, your old PIN or any code from your email or SMS to anyone, including people who say they work for Snapiro. Our team does not need them to help you. Read how to identify scammers.
