You can open a Snapiro account in a few minutes with an email address. You will need access to that email, because the account is only created after you confirm it.
Steps
- Install the app from the App Store or Google Play. See how to download the Snapiro app.
- Open the app and tap Get Started.
- Fill in your First Name, Last Name, Username, Email and Password.
- If someone referred you, tap Have a referral code? and enter it. This is optional.
- Tap Sign Up. We send a 6-digit code to your email.
- Enter the code and tap Verify. When you see Email verified, tap Go to Login and sign in.
Password rules
Your password must be at least 8 characters long and include an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, a number and a special character such as @ or #.
Use your real name
Enter your first and last name as they appear on your bank records. When you verify your BVN later, your account name is updated to the name on your BVN, and any bank account you add must carry that same name.
What to do next
- Set up your transaction PIN, which you need to sell crypto, pay bills and withdraw.
- Verify your BVN so you can add a bank account and withdraw naira.
