Your payout is the card’s value multiplied by the rate for that card, currency and type.
Example
If the rate shows ₦900 and you sell a $50 card, your estimated payout is 50 × ₦900 = ₦45,000. The app shows this total on the sell screen before you tap Proceed.
Why the final amount can differ
When our team checks your card, they confirm its real value. If the card’s balance is lower than the amount you entered, for example because part of it was already spent, you are paid for the confirmed value at the same rate. The approval notification tells you the exact naira amount credited.
Where rates come from
Gift card rates are set by Snapiro and change with demand. You can see current rates in the app and on our gift card pages.
When you are paid
The naira is added to your naira wallet as soon as the card is approved. From there you can withdraw it or pay bills.
