I Forgot My Password: How to Reset It

If you cannot remember your password, you can set a new one from the login screen using a code sent to your email.

Steps

1. On the Welcome Back! screen, tap Click to reset next to “Forgot password?”.
2. Enter the email address on your Snapiro account and tap Continue.
3. Enter the code we email you and tap Verify. You will see “OTP Matched”.
4. Type your new password, retype it, and tap Continue.
5. You will see “Password reset successfully” and return to the login screen. Log in with the new password.

We also send you an email confirming the reset. If you get that email and did not reset your password yourself, contact support immediately.

Common messages

• User not found: no account uses that email. Check for typos, or try another email you may have used.
• OTP Mismatch… Try Again: the code is wrong. Use the most recent code in your inbox.
• Passwords do not match: the two password boxes are different.

Choose a strong password: at least 8 characters, mixing upper and lower case letters, numbers and a symbol. If you no longer have access to your email, read I have lost access to my registered email.
