Knowing which emails are really from Snapiro helps you spot fakes. We send emails when:
- you sign up, with a 6-digit code to verify your email
- you are welcomed to Snapiro after verifying
- someone logs in to your account from a new device (New Device Login Detected)
- you request a password reset, and when the reset is done
- your password is changed
- a crypto deposit address is created
- a crypto or naira deposit is credited
- a crypto sale is processed
- a naira or crypto withdrawal is logged, completed or fails
- you buy electricity (your token)
What our emails will never do
- ask for your password, PIN or verification code
- ask you to send crypto or naira anywhere to “unlock”, “verify” or “upgrade” your account
- offer prizes that require a payment
