Your Snapiro ETH address on ERC20 is an Ethereum address, and Ethereum addresses can technically receive thousands of different tokens. Snapiro only credits the coins listed in the app. If you are in Kano and about to send from an Ethereum wallet, make sure you are sending ETH itself, or USDT to your USDT address.
