Older Binance users in Kaduna may remember BEP2, the network of the old BNB Beacon Chain, which needed a memo with every deposit. That chain has been shut down. Today BNB moves on BNB Smart Chain, also called BEP20, and that is the only network Snapiro accepts for BNB.
No memo needed
BEP20 deposits to Snapiro do not use a memo or tag. If an old guide tells you to add a memo, it is about BEP2 and does not apply.
Selling your BNB
- Copy your BNB address in Snapiro.
- Send on BEP20 (BNB Smart Chain).
- Accept the naira amount when it arrives.
Use the naira for airtime, data or Kaduna Electric, or withdraw to any bank.
