When you tap Proceed on the Deposit screen, a pending record is created in your history before you pay. It changes to Completed once our payment partner confirms your payment.
You closed the payment page without paying
If you backed out of the payment page or did not finish paying, no money was taken. The pending record can be ignored. Start a new deposit when you are ready.
You paid but your balance has not changed
- Wait a few minutes. Bank transfers and card payments can take a short while to be confirmed.
- Pull down on the home screen to refresh your balance.
- Check your notifications for “Naira Deposited Successfully”.
If your bank shows the money left your account and it has still not arrived after 30 minutes, contact support with:
- the amount and time of payment
- the transaction ID from History (open the transaction and tap the copy icon)
- a screenshot of the debit alert or bank receipt
Do not make the same payment again while you wait, or you may pay twice.
