Naira withdrawals are sent to your bank within 60 seconds of your request.
What happens after you tap Confirm
- The amount leaves your naira wallet and the withdrawal shows as Pending in History.
- Within 60 seconds the transfer is sent to your bank.
- The withdrawal changes to Completed and you get a “Naira Withdrawn Successfully” notification and email.
Why a withdrawal may take longer
- Your bank, or the transfer network between banks, is slow or down. This often happens around month-end and on public holidays.
- Your bank is holding the incoming transfer for its own checks.
The status says Completed but my bank shows nothing
Once a transfer is sent, most banks credit it straight away, but some take longer. Wait an hour, then check your bank app rather than SMS alerts, which can be delayed. If it still has not arrived, contact support with the transaction ID from History.
