Apple and iTunes cards

Apple now sells one gift card for the App Store, iTunes, Apple Music and iCloud, and older iTunes-branded cards work the same way. Snapiro buys both. What changes the rate is the country the card was bought in and whether you have the physical card or an e-code.

Physical card or e-code

A physical card is the plastic card with a scratch-off code on the back. An e-code is a code sent by email or shown in an app. Take a clear photo of the full card, or a screenshot of the e-code and its receipt if you have one, before you upload.

Check the country

An iTunes card bought in the UK is a GBP card, one from Germany is a EUR card, and so on. Choose the right country in the app, because the rate is different for each one.

Still unsure? Contact us

Does Snapiro buy Apple gift cards as well as iTunes cards?

Yes. Apple gift cards and iTunes gift cards are both accepted. Choose iTunes in the app and pick the country the card is from.

Why is the UK iTunes rate different from the US rate?

Each country's card is in its own currency, so the naira rate per unit is different. The table on this page shows the current rate for each country.

Can I sell a partly used iTunes card?

Upload the card with its remaining balance as the amount. The review checks the balance before your naira is credited.

How long does a iTunes card take to be approved?

Your card is reviewed after you upload it. Once it is approved, the naira is credited to your Snapiro balance and you get a notification.

Where does my naira go?

To your Snapiro naira balance. Withdraw it to any Nigerian bank or wallet, or use it to pay bills in the app.
