Why Hasn’t My Deposit Been Credited On Snapiro

Your deposit will show in your wallet once it receives the minimum number of confirmations required by the system. Each cryptocurrency needs a different number of confirmations, so some deposits may appear faster than others.

Every crypto deposit must be approved by the blockchain before it reflects in your Snapiro wallet. If the network is slow or busy, confirmations will take longer, and this can delay your deposit.

If you send crypto using a different network from the one selected in the app, the deposit may not arrive. For example, sending USDT on ERC20 to a TRC20 address can cause the funds to be lost permanently.

If you send your crypto to the wrong wallet address or make a mistake while copying the address, your deposit will not reflect. Crypto transfers cannot be reversed once they are sent.

Sometimes the blockchain becomes congested because too many people are making transactions at the same time. When this happens, deposits may take longer to confirm.

If your deposit has not yet been confirmed on the blockchain, it may affect other features in your account, such as withdrawals or transfers. Once the deposit is confirmed, you will be able to use those services again.

If the sender used a very low gas fee, the transaction may take a long time to be processed. In some cases, it may even get stuck on the network.

Always make sure you are not depositing coins or tokens that are not supported on the platform, as unsupported coins will not reflect and may be lost.
