Next, you would include your current email address and the new email address you wish to use. This gives a clear record of where future communications will be directed and ensures the transition happens smoothly.
You will also explain why you are asking for this change. Whether the old email was lost, hacked, deactivated, or no longer accessible, stating the reason helps the team understand the situation better and verify the request.
As part of identity verification, the user will also be required to record a short video of themselves holding a plain white sheet of paper. On this paper, the word “Snapiro” and the current date must be boldly written at the top. This visual confirmation helps prove that the real owner of the account is behind the request.
Finally, the user will attach a clear and readable copy of a government-issued identification document. This can be a Voter’s Card, Driver’s License, National Identity Card, or NIN Slip. This final step ensures that the name on the account matches the individual making the request, completing the verification process safely and accurately.
